Double Appointments

Sometimes two Osteopaths will work on one patient, a situation that can be very useful to solve obstinate problems. Double appointments carry an additional charge and are booked at the discretion of the Osteopaths only.

Cancellations and missed appointments

As we often have a waiting list for appointments, please give us as much notice as possible prior to any cancellation.

If you do not notify the practice, allowing a minimum 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full fee. This also applies to missed appointments. We very much appreciate your cooperation on this matter.

Duration

Please allow up to an hour for your first appointment. Follow up appointments will be approximately 40 minutes.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or carer and who should be present throughout the appointment. All patients are welcome to bring a chaperone to the appointment if they so wish.

Any questions regarding examination or treatment can be answered by calling the practice.

Payment

We accept cash, cheque and credit cards and ask that all appointments should be paid for on the day of treatment.

Private Health Insurance – If you have private health insurance, we request that you pay us directly and then reclaim fees paid from your respective insurance company.
